Awful place to work

This company will first put you on a 'training' shift, which entails working as normal without any training, for the longest shift they can find, without any pay (meanwhile, they are paid in full by the venue you are working at). What they do not tell their new employees is that they are entitled to remuneration for any 'training' shift that lasts over 2 hours - so most employees do a free 5-6 hour shift. Spayse will also charge venues more for their employees working on holiday days, but do not give any of this extra money to the employee. On top of this, the staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have made mistakes on my payslips that have meant I am paid less, and do not apologise or try to fix these mistakes. They are incredibly disrespectful to all of the hard-working employees who are earning a meagre £7.75 an hour.
