Due to increased contract demand, we are currently recruiting for a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a hands on basis and over-see site compliance of 5 commercial offices buildings located between Nottingham, Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester & Cambridge.
This is a self managed role between the sites, meaning all of these locations do not need to be visited on a weekly basis. You will self manage your workload, ensuring all PPMs are completed in-time with schedules, reactive maintenance duties are attended in a timely manor and all on-site compliance (remedial reports, log books etc)...
