The main role of this job will to be the front of house for our business. You will be responsible for booking customers in for the activities we run, such as karting and laser tag. You will book in and accommodate for customers that turn up on the day and also book customers in for parties etc in advance. You will speak with customers on the phone, face to face and also via our email/website system. It is important to have a good customer service skill base for this role and be competent with administration work.
