  Do you need to have experience to work in a bakery?

    It all Depends really. Soe bakeries want experience or training at a bakery school and some will train you themselves. My parents own their own bakery and we mostly take people with no experience and train them ourselves

    That's my experience too. You often find that you can get training while working. You can apply for an internship or do an apprenticeship.

    And if you don't succeed getting a job where you'll get training, there are college baking courses too. They give you a fairly complete base. I must say though that my first choice would be training 'on site'
