  After 10 years in the cleaning industry I feel I’m prepared to become a cleaning supervisor. Are there any qualifications needed for the post?

    You’d need experience in the job, but I’d say it will also depend on what exactly you’ve been doing.

      If you’ve been a cleaner yourself, I guess you have a chance, especially if somehow or other you’ve coordinated a team yourself.

        I have been a cleaner and in recent years I’ve unofficially been coordinating a group of cleaners. This is why I feel I’m prepared to take the leap, it’s just that I get this feeling that it may not be that easy, that companies are going to want to have professionally trained personnel…
