Mechanical

A role in the mechanical sector will include working with different types of machinery, such as transport vehicles and machines on production lines.
Depending on the field, the candidate will be responsible for the safe construction and repair of machines as well as possible dismantling. They will also be responsible for implementing present safety guidelines and the safety testing of equipment on a regular basis.

Additionally, it is important that the candidate has the ability to work on their own, or work as an integral part of a team or several projects at one time.
Generally, employees will seek a prospective applicant with vocational training from a further education college. Depending on the mechanical position available, employees will also seek more training to enable them to carry out specific projects or tasks.
The average yearly salary for someone in the mechanical sector in the UK will range from £12,000 - £30,000.
