Duties and daily tasks associated with this post can vary immensely; job holders may provide counselling services, food bank assistance, help with child supervision and basic medical services, organisational activities or care for the elderly

The average salary for a UK-based outreach worker is just over £23,000 per annum, though earnings can range between £15,000 and £35,000 for those providing specialised skills. London-based workers, on average, see rates at least 15 per cent higher than in other parts of the UK.
