  • Securing a BCM job Hooperman

I have significant BCM experience and I believe quite a good CV. I have secured several interviews but not a job. How can I establish what I am doing wrong or why the image I project is inadequate?

    • Larry:

This is so difficult to know without having all the details and all... If I were you I'd got to a job agent and try to find the answer with their help ... There's also the possibility to talk to somebody who knows you and who'll be honest with you, see if they can shed some light on the situation. Sometimes there are things we do, ways we have, that are perfectly normal to us, but that are "different" to third parties and that stop us from transmitting our true self. I can't think of anything else. Best of luck!
