I've been working as a site manager for 12 months now, and I'm still a bit new to some aspects related to the job. I've just been asked to move on to a new site, but there's no pay increase or change in conditions. Is this the way this works?

    • Dave:

Ummm, not really, there should be an improvement unless you've already got exceptionally good conditions for your current position and that that's the argument for no changes in your conditions after you move. I'd be straight with your boss and would ask.
