  Do they take on more younger applicants i feel as though i am getting nowhere, all the young students and good looking people seem to get the jobs!

  Hi there! I work in the restaurant. I am a waitress. So I am very responsible and clients like me, I know it for sure. But in our team there are people who doesn't work very hard, they smoke a lot, take a break etc... and then tips we have to divide between everybody.. I don't think it is fair... But I don´t know how I can change it
