    What kind of training should you pass before you start working in call center. You have to know basics of psychology as well, right? you have to train on your own or the company organizes a course for you?

    • Every company has rules and corporate style. You should always follow it. The company will explain you what is the main goal, but you have to have abilities and previous education

    I always wondered what if specialist of call center once can not control himself and answers a client in a rude way??? They probably have very many funny situations with the people that call them. Can anybody share?
