    There really is no secret to it, but definitely being a good people’s person, with attention to detail, reliable, even tempered, good natured, discreet. These are all things that would help for sure.

  What is most important to you when choosing a company to work for?

    I value good management flexible hours and bank holiday pay double pay for working on bank holidays. At least 3 weeks holiday entitlement sometimes without pay if circumstances require it ! E.g. sometmes child care is needed in emergencies or family bereavement.
    Rewards for good service and also for long service..
