Chemists are required to study the composition of different materials and how they interact with other elements at certain physical conditions. They conduct experiments to study different processes, using complex equipment, and then creating reports for conferences and scientific meetings. Common duties in this area are related to quality control, research, development and production areas.

A Chemist usually performs many of the following tasks:
• Measuring impact of industrial processes.
• Developing new products.
• Examining processes and evidences.
• Ensuring food quality and safety.
• Discovering new treatments and medicines.
