  I've been trying for a while now to become a tipper driver, but evertime I apply they ask for experience at least 2 years, if I can't get experience how can anyone become a tipper driver? Any tips on how to get a break ive got the license etc...

  54 year old. Passed class 2 few months ago. Trying to get into tipper driving in Scotland. Applied for loads. Mostly agency wasted days goin to offices to register. For work. Seems an uphill task as all want experience even though they advertise as open to new drivers. I have 30 experience of driving and good geographical knowledge of scotland. Any tips welcome. Thanks
