  Does working as plate driver pay? The wages seem to be good, but I’m concerned about what it means in terms of timetable.

    If you enjoy driving it’s a great job while you’re on your own. Once you’re married it’s a bit less fun and when you have kids it begins to get in the way. I will stick to it for as long as I can, because I really enjoy it, but as soon as I have other people in my life I’ll make a shift to some other type of driving job.

        It depends on the company, I wouldn’t be able to tell you exactly, though I have travelled quite a bit in my 3 years in the trade.
