Direct Marketing Executives manage the activities in a Direct Marketing department. They oversee the development of marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets and pamphlets. They also oversee the company’s online or ecommerce activities. These Executives are very familiar with their industry competitors and the product and services they offer and their performance on the market.
A Direct Marketing Executive usually performs many of the following tasks:
•  Tracking daily performance
• Keeping aware of competitor performance
• Supervising direct marketing teams
• Working with Direct Marketing officers
•  Compiling reports
•  Assisting in marketing campaigns
•  Analysing marketing data
•  Coordinating with and briefing other departments

Education

To work in the Sales or Marketing industry as a Direct Marketing Executive, you must be able to perform consistently. Employers prefer employees with outstanding record of achievements, rather than high level qualifications. However, the following certifications are accepted:
