Liaising with potential clients, following leads, attending sales events and meeting monthly targets are the responsibilities of a New Business Development Executive. They use systems, applications and information shared by the sales team to search out new customers. They are excellent communicators, persuasive and well informed about the products and services offered by their company.
New Business Development Executives work in an archetypal office setting. They work 40 hours for the week with an option for overtime. Executives earn good salaries including commissions and bonus pay.
